Very nice information. With newborn babies it is very difficult to set up a time but soothing and calm environment with dim lights and least hustle and bustle even kids also understand that it is time for sleep. I set a pattern for my baby after observing him for a few days. He used to cranky when he felt sleepy. He was not interested in any activity or even playing. All he needed was to sleep.
